The D.A.S.H. is an annual family friendly community-supported run/walk. This event was created to bring attention to food insecurity within our small rural community. It highlights efforts to alleviate hunger.
The course begins and ends behind the Santa Fe Unit School, 2629 Santa Fe Pike. The 5K will continue to Fly Road and turn around at Herman Church Road, The one mile event will begin and end behind the school and go around the Square at Fly, Water Valley and Lewis Roads.
The purpose is “Doing A Service Here” by promoting the food ministries in the community and encouraging all ages to participate in healthy activities. The event may become completely virtual if necessary.
